You are on the path; exactly where you’re meant to be right now and from here, you can only go forward, shaping your life story into a magnificent tale of healing, of courage, of beauty, of dignity and of love. Caroline Adams.

The Labyrinth is a model of that path used through the ages as a tool for pilgrimage, meditation or prayer. This ancient symbol creates a sacred space and leads us out of our ego to ‘that which is within’.

Both the imagery of the circle and of the spiral are combined to form a winding, purposeful path representing our journey to the centre of our deepest self and back out again into the world with a broadened understanding of who we are.

Transcending barriers of difference, the labyrinth welcomes everyone, bringing people together to share the common path of life.

‘ I felt extremely relaxed which was very pleasant as I’m often tense and restless’

‘ A tranquil escape from the stresses of everyday life’

‘It certainly mirrored the intricacies of life for me. The opportunity to step out and not rush headlong was invaluable.  I felt that I had only explored a tiny fraction of what it held’.
